Shipping policy

Digital delivery – instant download

All CustodyClarity products are 100% digital. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs.

• When: instantly, as soon as your payment is confirmed.
• How: you can download your files directly from the order confirmation page, and you also receive an email with your download link.
• What you get: a ZIP file with all the PDFs and the Excel tracker, plus a "Start Here" guide with the link to make your own private copy of the Google Sheets tracker.
• Where: available worldwide, on computer, tablet and phone.

Add-ons (PDF guides and the Co-Parenting Calendar Planner spreadsheet) are delivered the same way: an instant download link on the order confirmation page and by email.
